No Complaints 02/05/2009 Reviewer: Vasqi I was attracted to the low profile design of this knife. I just needed something small and I'm not a fan of folder knives. The salesman kept trying to convince me to get a different knife with assist opening.... but I don't like folders, even though he was trying to insist that that other knife had a better edge. I have no complaints about the edge on this knife. It's razor sharp and heavy duty enough that I don't feel the need to baby it. I tried it out sharpening up some pencils when I got home... usualy there's a problem as the blade makes the transition from cutting through the wood to cutting through the lead, but this blade smoothly sliced through the wood and led without any change in pressure. I just barely pressed the knife to the wood and it went through it like it wasn't even there. I can't imagine any need for a "better" edge.
