One look at the dramatic Revolt knife, and you can almost hear the theme music for that famous shark movie. Because rarely has a clip folding knife looked so much like a man-eater. Thanks in good measure to the snubby tanto style blade, which resembles a shark''''s snout. And that protective finger guard, which looks mysteriously like a fin.
But if the waters are troubled, it''''s only for the Gerber competitors who must compete with the performance features of the Revolt. Like the one-handed finger flip opening action. And the discreet lanyard opening at the base of the glass filled nylon handle. The blade, by the way, is crafted of high carbon stainless steel.
When folded and clipped into your pocket, the Revolt is about 4" long. Definitely a discreet package for such an ominous knife.
